- Breakfast-- I didn't have breakfast.
- Break-- I ate some cookies.
- Lunch--I ate some pasta and beef .Then for dessert I ate a yogurt.(water)
- Snack-- I ate some cookies and juice.
- Dinner--I ate fish.(water)

I think I need to improve some things: eat more fruits and vegetables. I must have breakfast because it is very important to have strength all day. I should drink more water since I drink little in the whole day. I think that I should take more milk, cheese and milk products.
