You are what you eat.


  • Breakfast-- I didn't have breakfast.
  • Break-- I ate some cookies.
  • Lunch--I ate some pasta and beef .Then for dessert I ate a yogurt.(water)
  • Snack-- I ate some cookies and juice.
  • Dinner--I ate fish.(water)
Change:
I think I need to improve some things: eat more fruits and vegetables. I must have breakfast because it is very important to have strength all day. I should drink more water since I drink little in the whole day. I think that I should take more milk, cheese and milk products.

    First of all I want to congratulate you because you have done a good job, but I see a mistake; "I should take more minerals..."is not correct. The correct way would be. "I should consume more..."

    Correct your mistake, please!
